She started with 16 Cents in 2024 and quickly grew passionate about helping customers find beautiful furniture that fits various budgets.

Her favorite memory is helping two young women buy their first-ever couch. Their joy and gratitude left a lasting impression, and moments like that remind her why she loves being part of this team.

Autumn loves Spokane for its changing seasons and enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, boating, or cooking with her family.

BRAYDEN

He was born and raised in Spokane Valley. He was drawn to the company because of its mission and story behind it. Brayden comes from the automotive industry and wanted to keep helping the local community out, just in a different way.

Brayden is a young father and husband aspiring to provide for his family.

CAM

After spending 15 plus years in the electrical/solar industry. Cam decided it was time to work closer to his beloved town of Rathdrum, ID. A proud husband and father of two, he was drawn to the company's mission and story.

He enjoys grilling an amazing meal for family and friends while the game plays in the background. He values customer service above all and is excited to serve North Idaho with all its furniture needs.

GIANNI

Gianni moved to Spokane from Florida to be closer to family and has embraced life in the city—especially the downtown vibe and nearby hiking trails.

Since joining the team in 2024, he has worked across multiple store locations and enjoys helping customers furnish their homes, whether they’re starting from scratch or adding the final piece.

He especially values working with military families, thanks to the store’s close proximity to the base.

JAKE

He has lived in Rathdrum for 16 years and loves it here for its small-town feel. He loves to fish and watch football and has raised his own kids in Rathdrum at Lakeland schools.

Jake has been in retail sales for 15 years and enjoys helping customers.

He came to work for this store because he believes in its mission.

KYLEE

Kylee appreciates Spokane for its beautiful sunsets and strong support system made up of friends, family, and coworkers.

Although she came to 16 Cents with no prior experience in sales or furniture, the team welcomed her and taught her everything she needed to succeed.

She was drawn to the company’s mission, especially its commitment to second chances and community outreach, and is proud to be part of something so purposeful.

LESLIE

Leslie enjoys Spokane’s perfect mix of nature and community—especially the lakes and local concerts.

What stood out to her most about 16 Cents is the welcoming and supportive team, who quickly made her feel like family.

She appreciates the store’s mission of offering stylish, affordable furniture for every budget, and she’s proud to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its customers and community.

LINDSEY

Lindsey was born and raised in Spokane and has a deep love for the community. From skiing at Mt. Spokane to fishing in the local lakes, she finds joy in the natural beauty that surrounds the city.

Joining 16 Cents felt like the perfect match, as she instantly connected with the store’s mission and Jason’s commitment to giving back.

One of her most memorable moments was helping a woman who was rebuilding her life choose a new sofa. It was an emotional experience, filled with hope and fresh beginnings.

Lindsey takes great pride in helping people create warm, welcoming homes and is passionate about making a difference through design.

Mark

Mark was born and raised in Spokane Valley. After spending a few years in Arizona, he returned home to the Inland Northwest, where he continues to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and close-knit community.

Growing up, Mark was heavily involved in sports, which helped shape his competitive spirit and active lifestyle. On his days off, he can often be found free diving in the Spokane River or Lake Coeur d'Alene, playing golf, hiking local trails, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Mark brings more than 10 years of sales experience, including 3 years specializing in the mattress industry. His passion for helping customers and his commitment to finding the right solutions make him a trusted resource for those looking to improve their sleep and home comfort.

MIKE

Mike has been with the company since 2020. He began his journey in the warehouse, where he learned every aspect of the business and built a strong foundation for success.

As his knowledge and passion for the company grew, so did his career. Through hard work and dedication, Mike worked his way up to the sales floor, where he now enjoys helping families find the perfect furniture to make their house feel like home.

TIM

Tim is a Spokane native who began working at 16 Cents in 2019.

Over the years, he’s worked his way up by learning every part of the business, guided by mentorship from Jason, the store owner. He takes pride in being part of a company that puts care into every interaction.

For Tim, every day at the store brings something meaningful, and he’s proud to be part of a team that’s more like a family.

Tracy

Tracy has been in the title Insurance Industry for 29 years and worked in real estate as an Escrow Officer in Kootenai County, Idaho. She has great respect for our region and our local community. She is now working with 16 Cents, 3 Shoes, and 5 Socks in sales.

Tracy is big on customer service and helping our customers in any way possible.

She is blessed to be a mother of two beautiful children who bring her joy every day.

Tracy's hobbies are gardening and sewing, and she loves flowers. Tracy looks forward to her new sales position and to helping our great community here in Rathdrum.

SHANE

Shane cherishes living in Spokane with his two kids. As a huge Seahawks fan, he works hard year-round to be able to travel and watch NFL games. He also enjoys boating on Lake Arthur and the variety of outdoor activities that the beautiful area offers. 

Working first as a day-laborer at 16 cents, he has always felt strong ties to the company values, people, and standing in the community. Since starting in 2020 he has worked his way up the ranks, and enjoyed every step. 

Shane takes pride in helping people make home feel like home.

KIM



Kim's favorite part of Spokane is the breathtaking views that surround the city. When it comes to dining, his favorite place is Texas Roadhouse, where the delicious food and lively atmosphere never disappoint.

He truly enjoys working at 16 Cents, and his dedication is driven by the meaningful impact behind the company. Kim began his journey here in 2023, and it has been a wonderful experience being on the team since the beginning.

Logan

Logan feels blessed to be the new warehouse associate and delivery driver for the Rathdrum, ID store.

Originally from Richland (Tri-Cities), WA, Logan moved to Spokane in 2022 and then to Coeur d'Alene in 2023. Logan was married here at 'The Hitching Post' in 2024. He has a seven-year-old daughter.

In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching movies, and attending concerts with family and friends. His favorite movie franchise is 'Star Wars' & his favorite band is 'Imagine Dragons.'

Logan is excited to join the "16 Cents" family and looks forward to a bright future growing with this company.

PATRICK

Patrick is a hardworking and dependable delivery driver and warehouse professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Patrick enjoys hiking, running, weightlifting, and spending time outdoors.

Patrick has a heart for serving others, especially the homeless, and hopes to one day participate in ministry work in Africa.

Patrick believes in working with integrity and helping others.
