I recently went in to 16 cents 5 stocks and 3 shoes at the valley location on Sprague. When we walked in they were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Mike was awesome at the valley location! I came in to take a look and he was able to answer all of my questions and educate me without being the typical “salesman”. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, going above and beyond to find the couch that would work best for me and my application. I had been shopping vigorously the past month. As I went into the 16th cent store to purchase a recliner Lindsay met me at the door the whole time I was there she was very attentive accommodating patient she even sent me pictures of other chairs from different stores for me to choose from I will most definitely shop at 16 cent store again as I need a table between my two chairs

I checked this place out last weekend for the first time & am so glad that I did. They have a huge selection of furniture and exceptional staff (Mike R. and Andrew). My salesman, Mike R. was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, patient, and personable. He answered my endless questions, was very knowledgeable about all of the products I asked about, explained all available options to me, and really exceeded my expectations. He is a huge asset to this company! The entire experience was easily one of the best I've had. This will be my go-to furniture store from here on out and they will be the first and only place I recommend to friends/family. I can't say enough good things! This is our ( My partner and I) second time coming here and we absolutely love it! The customer service is outstanding and we always feel so comfortable when we shop here. We spend a third of our lives in bed, for me however, it's much more. As the result of a spinal cord injury while still a child, deciding my choice of bed was all the more complicated. Fortunately, this matter of complexity was simplified when I was introduced to the staff at 16 cents. They walked me through the process, helped me to understand what I might need and want in a bed, then lent a hand in such a way that I'll never forget their kindness.
The staff are people of understanding, and that goes a long way in a world that lacks such. I thank them all for their uplifting demeanors. I shall surely return whensoever I have need of their services again.
Should any of the staff be reading this, thank you personally from my end. The bed has been wonderful, and while I know this review was delayed, I simply wanted to give the bed some time. Kimber (My service dog) loves the bed too, she sends her thanks as well.

The best furniture place I've ever been to. The bed/mattress that I got there a couple of months ago has been so good to my back I slept on a hard floor for 17 months and the people that work there are so special they made sure that after I finally got a bed and paid for it on a Sunday afternoon in early Jan 2023 that I got it that day with out a vehicle because that nice guy Cory who worked there said he didn't want me to go one more night sleeping on a hard floor and he brought it to me after he got off work. Guess who gets my furniture business forever these wonderful people who sell their products with love and kindness will always get my business.
