16 Cents, 3 Shoes & 5 Socks is a furniture store with a story. We may sell furniture, but the story inside the walls of each of the three locations continues. With the third location opening on furniture row in downtown Spokane, 16 Cents, 3 Shoes & 5 Socks continues to make a difference in our area.
Each of his locations has become a drop off for Family Promise of Spokane which works hard to keep homeless families together. With a variety of shelters, Family Promise is always in need of items to keep all the doors open. Family Promise helps families find home again.
Part of the mission statement at 16 Cents, 3 Shoes & 5 Socks says:
With support from the community, we give back to a variety of non-profits in the area and work hard to make a difference where and when it’s needed.
Jason McSteen takes his mission statement seriously. “There is a need for change in our community, and our team wants to help make a difference,” says Jason McSteen.
